Buy a Mouthguard

If you want to buy a mouthguard, make sure to customize it properly. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Place the mouthguard in boiling water and let it soak completely submerged for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Use a fork or other tool to remove the mouthguard from the boiling water. Do not do this with your fingers.

Step 3: Hold the mouthguard under cold water for 2 seconds so you don’t burn your mouth while fitting it.

Step 4: Place the middle of the mouthguard on the center of your teeth, press the mouthguard firmly and bite down on it. Suck on the mouthguard and press with your fingers to ensure a tight fit on your teeth. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Step 5: If you are satisfied with the shape of the mouthguard, rinse it with cold water for 20-30 seconds. If not, repeat the process from step 1 again.
