We understand that everyone changes their mind from time to time. That’s why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return packages to us. So, if within 30 days of receiving your order you decide it’s not quite what you had in mind: no problem! With our return portal, you can easily notify us of your return, convenient right?

We’ve sorted out the logistics for you, and returning will only cost you 175 ZAR. A small amount so we can offer you the convenience of returning your product without hassle. Of course, we do expect the product to be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

So, if you think this product is perfect for you, but change your mind later: don’t worry. We make it super easy for you to change your mind without too much fuss.

  • What return options does Matchu Sports offer?
  • You can still return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Once we have received and assessed the product in its original condition, you will receive your refund within 5 working days.
  • How can I return?
  • By mail:
    1. You can easily arrange your return via our return portal unless you are eligible for free returns. Make sure to have the following information on hand to quickly go through the steps:

    • Reason for return
    • Postcode
    • Order number
    • Track & Trace code

    2. Pay the return costs through the payment link provided during the steps in the return portal.
    3. Deliver the package to the delivery point indicated in the steps.
    4. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace, wait for us to receive the product and within 5 working days, you will receive your refund.

    In-store:
    1. Bring the product in its original packaging to the store.
    2. We will assess the issue and provide a quick solution. A solution may include:

    • Refund
    • Exchange the product for another
    • Product repair
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders that you no longer wish to receive can often be canceled the same working day before 4:00 pm so we can intercept the package with the courier. Contact us by phone so we can assist you as soon as possible.
  • What are the return costs?
  • The costs of returns are at your own expense and amount to €6.50. There are two exceptions where returns are free:
    1. You have received a wrong/damaged product from us. In this case, contact us by phone or email.
    2. You bring the order to our office personally.
  • What are the return conditions?
    • You can notify your return within 30 days of receiving your product.
    • After submitting the return, you have 14 days to return your product to us.
    • To receive a refund, the product must be returned in original and undamaged condition.
    • After we have received the returned products, we will assess them before proceeding with the refund.
  • Can I try the product at home?
  • You can try almost all our products at home. There are a few exceptions, which you can find below in the question ‘Are there products that cannot be returned?’ If you don’t like the product, you can return it. The product must not be damaged or dirty and must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Are there products that cannot be returned?
  • All products can be returned unopened. There are some products that cannot be returned once they have been opened and/or used:

    • Supplements.
    • Cupping sets.
    • (Shaker) cups.
    • Liquid chalk.
    • Magnesium block.
