- You can notify your return within 30 days of receiving your product.
- After submitting the return, you have 14 days to return your product to us.
- To receive a refund, the product must be returned in original and undamaged condition.
- After we have received the returned products, we will assess them before proceeding with the refund.

- How can I track my return shipment?
1. You can easily arrange your return via our return portal unless you are eligible for free returns. Make sure to have the following information on hand to quickly go through the steps:
2. Pay the return costs through the payment link provided during the steps in the return portal.
3. Deliver the package to the delivery point indicated in the steps.
4. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace, wait for us to receive the product and within 5 working days, you will receive your refund.
In-store:
1. Bring the product in its original packaging to the store.
2. We will assess the issue and provide a quick solution. A solution may include:
