Which Weight?
Are you just starting to train with a kettlebell and not very experienced? Then go for a light kettlebell. This will prevent you from overloading your muscles, as your body needs to get used to the extra weight first. The 4 kg kettlebells are perfect for this. They are ideal for building endurance. If you are a more experienced athlete, we recommend purchasing an 8 kg kettlebell. These are also perfect for building endurance, as well as for slimming down. If you really want to go all out, we also have a 12 kg kettlebell, perfect for building extra muscle mass.
