The fractional plates 0.50 kg, are the second lightest in our range. They are perfect to use for that extra bit of weight in your lifts. The plates come in a nice sand color that gives them a rugged look. Everyone has felt at some point that they have reached a plateau and can’t add more weight to the barbell. Fractional plates are the solution. By gradually adding small amounts of weight, you can improve your maximum lifting capacity. The ‘change plates’ come in discs of 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2.5kg. The fractional plates are sold in sets of 2. With a 50mm inner ring diameter, the weight plates can be used on the standard size Olympic barbell.
