This adjustable dumbbell has a total weight of 24 kg and offers 6 dumbbells in one! You can adjust the dumbbell from a light weight of 4 kg to a maximum weight of 24 kg. With this dumbbell, you can determine how heavy you want to make your training, perfect for training each muscle group with a different weight. This dumbbell offers the same benefits as having 6 individual dumbbells, but it is much more cost-effective and takes up much less space. The dumbbells are made of sturdy material, but it should be noted that they should not be dropped as easily as our hex dumbbells, for example.

Deze dumbbells zijn erg fijn voor het geld. Heb er al veel mee bereikt. De constructie is wel erg plastic en de stap van 8 naar 14 is voor beginners soms wat groot, maar je moet wat concessies doen voor de geldbesparing tov de concurrentie.
