The front and back of the Airtrack have different markings. The front has a line in the middle representing a balance beam. The back has three lines that can help you place your hands and feet for other exercises.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INFLATION

1. Unroll the mat and make sure there are no sharp objects nearby.
2. Open the valve by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Press the middle button of the valve to open it.
4. Make sure the pump is turned off and plug it in.
5. Connect the hose to the side of the pump where the on/off switch is located. This side is for blowing air.
6. Connect the other end of the hose to the Airtrack valve and secure the two together.
7. Press the pump’s on/off switch and wait for the Airtrack to fill with air.
8. Remove the hose from the tumbling mat.
9. Press the middle button of the valve again to close it.
10. Then screw the valve cap back on and you’re ready to show off your acrobatic skills!

STORAGE AFTER USE

You can leave the Airtrack inflated or deflate it. It’s important to store the mat in a dry and not too hot place. Clean the mat with a damp cloth. Avoid using solvents or chemicals that could damage the product.
