The ankle and wrist weights are soft weights with a wide velcro closure. With Matchu Sports’ ankle and wrist weights, you can make your exercises a bit more challenging. The weights can be attached around the wrist or ankle. Using the weights increases the intensity of the training and therefore the effectiveness of the effort. In most cases, ankle and wrist weights are used during muscle exercises, rehabilitation exercises, and muscle strengthening. Additionally, the ankle and wrist weights are also excellent for use during cardio workouts to increase the intensity of the training and can also be a good addition during injury recovery. By adding extra weight, more demand is placed on the body and muscle strength will improve.

    gewichtsmanchetten
    • voor mijn pols niet geschikt. Het gleed/schoof steeds. onderbeen geprobeerd en dat is beter
    • handig in gebruik
    snel ontvangen makkelijk in gebruik. Alleen voor mij niet echt geschikt voor de pols. Ze glijden teveel. onderbeen is dan beter dus heb voor de pols andere aangeschaft die passend zijn.
